Job Description

JOB PURPOSE

Develop high-impact creative copy, campaign concepts, and video scripts that drive awareness, consideration,

conversion, and loyalty across all app services.

Own end-to-end storytelling and advertising messaging with a unified brand narrative across the full marketing

funnel.

Deliver market-competitive creative at high monthly volume while maintaining quality, clarity, and performance

focus.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Write advertising scripts and video scenarios for all app services (short/long form), including hooks, voiceover, on-screen

text, story flow, and CTAs.

Generate campaign ideas that fit the app and clearly reflect all services, translating them into creative directions and content

concepts across channels.

Apply full-funnel thinking (Awareness, Consideration, Conversion, Loyalty) to produce content that serves each stage with a

consistent, unified message.

Repurpose one core message into multiple content outputs (variants) by changing hooks, angles, and CTAs based on

platform and objective.

Lead creative copy development for production: briefs, concept boards/storyboards (copy side), shot suggestions, and

editing notes.

Follow up and support video production from concept to final cut: review drafts, ensure pacing, clarity, tone, and brand

alignment.

Produce high monthly output (multiple concepts/scripts per week) while maintaining quality and consistency.

Continuously improve scripts, concepts, and messaging based on real performance results and creative learnings.

Optimize copy for discoverability by applying strong SEO/keyword integration where relevant (without harming readability

or brand tone).

Build and maintain an evergreen idea library with reusable concepts that can be refreshed across seasons, services, and

campaigns.

Collaborate with Social, Design, Performance, CRM, and Product teams to translate business goals into creative deliverables.

Coordinate with external agencies and production partners (shooting, editing, voiceover): align on requirements, timelines,

and deliverables, and ensure quality control.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience as a Creative Copywriter / Creative Content Writer with a strong portfolio of video scripts

and ad creatives.

Prior experience producing content for delivery/ordering apps or similar high-frequency consumer apps is

required.

Strong understanding of the marketing funnel and performance-driven creative (hook, retention, clarity, CTA)

and how it translates into conversions.

Demonstrated ability to produce high volumes of concepts and scripts monthly without sacrificing quality.

Experience working with external agencies and production teams, including review cycles and feedback

management.

Excellent writing skills in Arabic and English, with strong command of tone, storytelling, and persuasion.

Familiarity with video production workflows and the ability to guide teams during filming and editing.
