Job Description

As a Creative Copywriter, you will play a key role in crafting persuasive and high-performing copy across multiple marketing channels. You will write content that not only engages and converts but is also optimized for search engines and aligned with email marketing best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop compelling copy: Write clear, concise, and captivating copy for websites, landing pages, blog posts, advertisements, email campaigns, product descriptions, and social media.
  • SEO-focused writing: Conduct keyword research, optimize on-page content, write SEO-friendly headlines and meta descriptions, and ensure best practices for organic visibility.
  • Create high-converting email campaigns: Write engaging newsletters, automation flows, promotional emails, and subject lines that drive opens, clicks, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with creative team: Work closely with designers, marketing specialists, and art directors to develop integrated campaigns across digital platforms.
  • Understand target audience: Research and understand target audiences to tailor messaging for maximum impact.
  • Maintain brand voice: Ensure all copy is consistent with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent brand voice.
  • Brainstorm creative concepts: Contribute to brainstorming sessions and develop innovative ideas for marketing campaigns.
  • Edit and proofread: Ensure all copy is error-free and adheres to high standards of quality.
  • Adapt to different styles: Write in a variety of styles and tones to suit different projects and target audiences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as a copywriter or in a related writing role.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a range of writing styles.
  • Experience working in the Saudi market.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot).
  • Understanding of conversion copywriting (landing pages, ads, CTAs).
  • Familiarity with basic analytics (open rates, CTR, keyword rankings).
  • Experience writing for eCommerce or lifestyle brands.
  • Basic understanding of social media content strategy.
