This role involves:

  • To create compelling visual and video content that enhances Coca-Cola Arena's brand identity, supports business objectives, and delivers engaging audience experiences across digital, print, and venue platforms.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Developing creative concepts and produce high-quality graphic design and video content for marketing, branding, and event campaigns.
  • Designing digital and print assets, including social media content, digital signage, presentations, advertisements, and promotional materials.
  • Planning, film, edit, and deliver engaging video content for digital platforms, in-venue displays, and corporate communications.
  • Creating motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance video productions and audience engagement.
  • Ensuring all creative output aligns with Coca-Cola Arena's brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders, marketing, commercial, and event teams to deliver creative solutions that meet business objectives and deadlines.
  • Managing multiple creative projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
  • Capturing photo and video content during events, rehearsals, and behind-the-scenes activities as required.
  • Staying current with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to continually improve creative output.
  • Organizing and maintaining digital asset libraries, project files, and brand resources.
  • Supporting the marketing team with the creation of visuals to be placed in the venue.
  • Creating LED screen content loops to run during events at Coca-Cola Arena.
  • Managing partners content on screens throughout Coca-Cola Arena.
  • Designing F&B menus for concessions around Coca-Cola Arena.

You should have:

Qualifications:

  • Degree, Diploma or Certification in relevant field
  • Expertise in video editing, motion graphics, animation, and post-production techniques.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in photography, videography, lighting, and audio capture.
  • Previous experience in the UAE, preferably in the event industry.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Arabic is a plus.

Skills and Knowledge Requirements:

  • Strong graphic design, typography, layout, colour theory, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Ability to create engaging content for digital, social media, print, large-format, and LED screen environments.
  • Strong understanding of branding and maintaining visual consistency across multiple platforms.
  • Knowledge of current design trends, creative technologies, and social media content best practices.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality creative work.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate ideas into impactful visual solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, live entertainment environment.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing positively within a collaborative creative team.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event days when required.
  • Basic knowledge of print production processes, file preparation, and digital asset management.
