Role Overview
Responsible for producing high-quality visual and video content that positions the project as premium, builds trust, and supports high-ticket sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Create short-form videos for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
- Produce high-end visuals for ads, website, brochures, and sales materials
- Edit videos with strong hooks while maintaining a premium tone
- Capture on-site content: apartments, amenities, construction progress
- Translate project features into visual storytelling (lifestyle, quality, investment value)
- Maintain strict brand consistency across all outputs
- Adapt content for ads, landing pages, and social media
- Support marketing and sales with conversion-focused creatives
- Use AI tools to improve speed and variations
Candidate Profile
- Experience in real estate, hospitality, or luxury brands preferred
- Strong premium design sense (not template-based)
- Understands trust-building vs attention-only content
- Skilled in video editing and graphic design
- Able to shoot on-site content when required
- Fast, consistent executor
- Detail-oriented with high finishing standards
- Basic understanding of marketing and conversion
