The Role: Creative Director (Cairo Office)

We're looking for a passionate and driven Creative Director with a strong background in advertising, Branding and graphic design to join and to lead our growing creative team in Cairo.

In this role, you'll lead creative projects from concept to final execution across a wide range of platforms offline, online, and everything in between. You should bring both strategic thinking and hands-on design expertise, with the ability to guide creative vision and ensure excellence in every detail.

You will manage and inspire the creative team, foster a collaborative and high-performance culture, and take full ownership of quality control ensuring that all creative output meets the highest standards before reaching the client.

This is a full-time, in-office position based in Cairo (remote work is not an option).Working hours: Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 AM 6:00 PM Flexibility to work extended hours during overlapping deadlines or tight timelines is required.

Monthly Salary in $US Dollers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and inspire the creative team.
  • Oversee all creative deliverables to ensure quality, consistency, and brand alignment.
  • Develop and execute creative concepts for campaigns, branding, and marketing materials.
  • Translate strategic briefs into compelling visuals and storytelling.
  • Design visually engaging presentations for pitches and internal reviews.
  • Collaborate with designers, animators, and copywriters to deliver high-impact creative work.
  • Take ownership of creative projects independently or within a teamensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership capabilities with a proactive, hands-on approach.
  • Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in a creative or advertising agency environment.
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Keynote presentation skills.
  • Deep understanding of typography, layout, and design principles.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
  • Familiarity with AI-powered design tools is required.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to creative excellence.
  • A portfolio showcasing a variety of campaign and branding work is essential.
