A leading media agency is seeking an experienced Creative Director to lead its digital & social-first creative output across high-profile lifestyle and retail brands. This is a senior leadership role for a creatively sharp, copy-led thinker who understands how ideas translate into culture, content, and commercial impact.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team, shaping brand narratives across social, digital, and integrated campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the creative vision and output across social media and digital platforms
- Lead, mentor, and scale a team of creatives (copy, art, content)
- Develop strong, insight-driven creative ideas with a clear social-first mindset
- Personally lead copy direction, storytelling, tone of voice, and concept development
- Partner closely with strategy, social, and client leadership teams
- Present creative concepts confidently to senior clients and stakeholders
- Ensure consistently high creative standards across all accounts and deliverables
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Creative Director or Senior Creative Lead within a media or creative agency
- Strong copywriting background with the ability to shape brand voice and narrative
- Deep understanding of social media, content culture, and platform-led creativity
- Experience working with lifestyle and retail brands is highly preferred
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire and challenge teams
- Commercially aware, culturally relevant, and creatively ambitious
