Creative Director – Lenzo Digital
Lenzo Digital is seeking a hands-on Creative Director to lead creative strategy, campaign ideas and visual direction across digital campaigns, social media, content, motion and video.
This is a working leadership role. You will guide the creative team while personally shaping priority concepts, key visuals, presentations and critical creative work when required.
What you will own
- Develop creative strategies, campaign territories, central ideas and communication concepts based on client objectives, audience insight and brand positioning.
- Lead art direction across digital campaigns, social content, paid advertising, motion, video, presentations and brand assets.
- Ensure copy, content, design, motion and channel execution work together around one coherent creative idea.
- Lead creative brainstorming, review work objectively and raise the standard of originality, clarity and execution quality.
- Develop and refine priority concepts, key visuals, storyboards and client presentations when needed.
- Lead or co-lead major creative pitches and explain creative decisions clearly to clients.
- Direct designers, motion designers, copywriters, content specialists, photographers, videographers and freelancers.
- Build practical creative briefing, review and approval processes that improve quality and speed.
- Mentor creative team members and provide clear, constructive feedback.
- Ensure concepts remain commercially realistic within approved scope, budgets, resources and timelines.
What we are looking for
- 8–10+ years of relevant creative-agency experience, including at least 3 years in creative leadership, art direction or associate creative direction.
- A strong portfolio showing campaign strategy, central ideas, visual systems, digital and social work, motion or video direction and client-facing presentations.
- Demonstrated creative-strategy ability—not only attractive design execution.
- Strong art direction, typography, branding, layout and visual-system judgment.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams and presenting to senior clients.
- Current hands-on capability with Adobe Creative Suite and presentation tools.
- Professional English communication; Arabic capability and Saudi/GCC agency experience are strongly preferred.
- Willingness to work primarily on-site in Jeddah.
