One of our esteemed client is seeking an exceptional Creative Head to lead our visual output in Dubai. This is a critical leadership role requiring a visionary who can translate strategy into compelling, high-impact creatives.

Experience is Mandatory: You must have 5-8 years of professional graphic design experience, with significant time spent working in the Dubai/UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creative Leadership: Oversee and elevate the visual quality of all design projects across digital and branding.
• Design Execution: Hands-on creation of high-impact assets (digital ads, social media, web, branding).
• Brand Strategy: Develop and enforce client brand guidelines for consistency.
• Collaboration: Work seamlessly with SEO, Content, and Account teams.
• Pitching: Present and defend creative concepts to clients effectively.

Required: Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite and a mandatory professional portfolio showcasing senior-level work. We need strategic thinkers, not just executors.
