Art/Creative Lead
We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Art / Creative Lead to lead our clients Art Department within a fast-paced events and experiential agency environment.
This role will drive ideation, concept development, and creative execution across live events, brand activations, installations, and experiential campaigns. The successful candidate will lead a team of graphic designers and 3D visualisers, ensuring all creative output is innovative, on-brand, and commercially viable.
This is both a conceptual and leadership role, combining hands-on creativity with team direction and creative strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Lead concept development for live events, brand activations, and experiential campaigns. Translate briefs into strong creative narratives and visual directions, overseeing mood boards, style frames, renders, and presentations while ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
Mentor and manage graphic designers and 3D visualisers, allocate projects effectively, maintain quality control, and foster a collaborative, high-performing creative culture.
Lead ideation sessions and develop spatial concepts for event environments and installations. Collaborate closely with production and technical teams to ensure feasibility, guiding event branding, stage design, scenic elements, and digital assets.
Support client meetings, pitches, proposals, and competitive tenders. Confidently present and defend creative rationale.
Stay ahead of experiential and spatial design trends, elevate creative output, and introduce new tools and methodologies.
