The Creative Manager is responsible for supporting the Creative Director in leading the creative team and overseeing the development and delivery of integrated creative work across retainer clients, campaigns, pitches, and strategic brand initiatives.
This role is central to transforming business, brand, and campaign strategies into strong creative ideas and cohesive executions across campaigns, strategy, branding, design, content, digital, social media, and other relevant touchpoints. The Creative Manager ensures that all creative output is strategically grounded, visually and conceptually strong, aligned with client objectives, and delivered to a consistently high standard.
Working closely with the Creative Director, the Creative Manager will help guide the team's day-to-day creative output, provide direction and feedback, manage priorities and resources, and support the professional development of team members.
The role requires a strong understanding of creative strategy, campaign development, branding, design, storytelling, content, digital platforms, audience behavior, and cultural trends, as well as the ability to connect ideas across different channels and formats.
The ideal candidate combines strategic and conceptual thinking with strong creative judgment, leadership capabilities, and hands-on problem-solving skills. They should be able to move comfortably between campaign thinking, creative strategy, design direction, content development, and execution, while maintaining a clear view of the overall brand and client objectives.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with the Creative Director to lead, oversee, and support the creative team across daily projects, campaigns, pitches, and brand initiatives.
- Help translate client briefs, business objectives, and strategic insights into clear creative directions, concepts, and integrated campaign ideas.

- ints.Develop and implement creative and content strategies aligned with brand positioning, campaign objectives, and target audiences.
- Contribute to the development of campaign platforms, creative territories, key messages, visual directions, and storytelling frameworks.
- Translate brand and campaign strategies into compelling creative concepts, narratives, visual systems, content ideas, and audience experiences.
- Provide clear creative direction, constructive feedback, and quality control throughout all stages of a project, from briefing and ideation to execution and final delivery.
- Review and guide design, copy, visual content, layouts, presentations, storyboards, and other creative materials to ensure strategic and creative consistency.

- ives.Develop and oversee content calendars where relevant, ensuring consistency, relevance, and timely delivery across platforms.
- Review and guide copy development when required, ensuring consistency with the brand's tone of voice, creative direction, and editorial standards.
- Collaborate closely with creative, social media, PR, events, strategy, and account management teams to develop integrated ideas and cohesive creative solutions.
- Participate in client meetings, creative presentations, pitches, and internal reviews, clearly articulating and defending the creative rationale behind proposed directions.
- Take ownership of creative projects from the initial briefing and ideation stages through execution and final delivery.
- Ensure all creative output reflects the client's brand identity, tone of voice, positioning, communication objectives, and expected quality standards.
- Adapt creative ideas, content, and formats according to different platforms, audiences, markets, and cultural considerations.
- Oversee the production of written, visual, video, digital, and social-first content, working closely with internal teams, production partners, freelancers, and external suppliers where required.
- Support the Creative Director in allocating projects, managing team capacity, setting priorities, and ensuring deadlines are realistic and clearly communicated.
- Monitor the progress and quality of creative projects, identifying potential challenges early and working with relevant teams to resolve them.
- Mentor, guide, and support designers, copywriters, content creators, and other creative team members, helping to foster accountability, collaboration, and professional growth.
- Review relevant campaign performance insights, audience feedback, and client feedback with cross-functional teams to guide creative decisions and strengthen future campaigns.
- Stay up to date with cultural trends, design developments, campaign work, social media trends, emerging formats, platform changes, and audience behaviors.
- Explore and utilize emerging technologies, including AI tools and creative innovations, to improve ideation, development, efficiency, and creative output.
- Effectively manage timelines, priorities, resources, and multiple projects to ensure work is delivered efficiently, on schedule, and to the expected creative standard.
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Communications, Marketing, Media, or another relevant creative
- field.Minimum of 6+ years of experience in a creative, campaign, branding, design, content, communications, or related agency role.
- Previous experience managing or mentoring a multidisciplinary creative team is required.
- Strong agency experience, with the ability to manage creative work across multiple brands, clients, and industries.
- Background within luxury, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, hospitality, or culture-led sectors preferred.
- Demonstrated experience developing integrated campaigns, creative concepts, brand identities, design systems, and multi-platform creative work.
- Strong understanding of the creative process, including briefing, strategy, concept development, design, copy, production, presentation, and delivery.
- Excellent command of English, with strong writing, editing, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital formats, content workflows, and audience behavior.
- Experience developing creative strategies, campaign messaging, visual directions, editorial calendars, and brand tone of voice.
- Strong design literacy and the ability to evaluate typography, layout, visual hierarchy, imagery, branding, and overall art direction.
- Familiarity with project management, analytics, content management, and AI-powered creative tools.
- Working knowledge of relevant creative software and platforms, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, presentation tools, and AI-based creative tools, is preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office and presentation software.
