The Creative Manager is responsible for delivering strategically aligned, high-quality creative output across brand campaigns, digital platforms, print, and multimedia. This role manages internal and external creative resources, ensures brand consistency, and translates business strategy into compelling visual and narrative expressions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of high-impact creative campaigns aligned with brand positioning.
- Ensure consistency, quality, and alignment of all creative outputs with brand guidelines.
- Supervise day-to-day operations of the creative team, including design, copy, and multimedia production.
- Manage internal workflows, priorities, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and freelancers to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Development, and Digital teams.
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness using performance data and insights.
- Identify market trends, competitor strategies, and consumer preferences to guide creative direction.
- Mentor and develop creative team members, fostering innovation and excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, Communications, Design, or related field.
- 710 years of experience in creative management, brand marketing, or agency environments.
- Experience in luxury real estate, hospitality, or lifestyle brands preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Advanced project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and a strong understanding of digital, print, and multimedia production.
- Ability to manage agency relationships and complex creative workflows.
