Job Summary

We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Creative Marketing Manager to lead our brand storytelling and visual direction across all marketing channels. This role is responsible for developing innovative campaigns, overseeing creative content, and ensuring a strong, consistent brand identity that drives engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the overall creative marketing strategy for the brand
  • Plan and execute creative campaigns across digital platforms (social media, website, ads, email)
  • Manage and guide the creative team (designers, video editors, content creators)
  • Oversee production of:
  • Social media content
  • Video campaigns
  • Ad creatives
  • Website visuals & landing pages
  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and materials
  • Collaborate with the performance marketing team to align creatives with campaign goals
  • Generate new ideas for viral and engaging content
  • Analyze creative performance and optimize based on data
  • Stay updated with design trends, social media trends, and competitor strategies

Requirements

  • Minimum 4–6 years experience in creative marketing or brand management
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative campaigns and content
  • Experience managing a creative team
  • Proficiency in tools like:
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere)
  • Canva / CapCut / similar tools
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube)
  • Experience in travel industry is a plus
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
