About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and creative Creative Marketing Strategist to lead marketing direction across our brands: RE/MAX Premier Dubai, Premier Properties, Lux Renov8, and We Wrap.

This role focuses on developing campaign strategies, crafting persuasive messaging, and directing designers and content teams to execute high-impact marketing campaigns. This is a strategy and creative direction role, not a design or social media posting role.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop marketing and campaign strategies across all four brands
• Create campaign concepts for lead generation, recruitment, and brand growth
• Define messaging, positioning, and target audience strategy
• Write creative briefs for designers, videographers, and content teams
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels
• Guide creative direction and storytelling for campaigns
• Analyze campaign performance and improve effectiveness

Requirements

• 37 years experience in marketing strategy, creative strategy, or brand strategy
• Strong copywriting, messaging, and strategic thinking skills
• Experience directing creative teams (designers, videographers, content creators)
• Ability to manage multiple brands and campaigns
• Agency or real estate experience is a plus
