Creative Producer

Creative Producer (Personal Brand) — Full-Time, Dubai

DIA Developments is building an in-house production team dedicated to the personal brand of our founder, Faruh Kurbanov. We are looking for a Creative Producer to lead this work and take full ownership of his social media presence.

About the role

This role is focused exclusively on social media. You will shape how our founder shows up across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and other platforms, from the first idea to the published post. You will work closely with him and with a small production team you help build.

What you will do

Develop the content strategy and visual style for the founder's personal social media channels

Produce content end to end: reels, stories, posts and video, from concept and script to final edit

Plan shoots including locations, wardrobe and timing around the founder's schedule

Brief and manage videographers, photographers, editors and designers, and hold the quality bar

Build and maintain the content calendar

Adapt content to the format and audience of each platform

Work with external contractors (operators, editors, stylists) when needed

Track social media trends and propose new formats

Handle personal content with discretion and sound judgement

Present content plans and results directly to the founder and work through feedback

What we are looking for

Proven experience producing social media content, ideally for a personal brand, founder or public figure

Strong visual taste and a portfolio that shows it

Confident directing a shoot and briefing a creative team

Comfortable working closely with a senior stakeholder and moving quickly

Fluent English; Russian is a strong advantage

Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
