Job Description:
- Lead end-to-end creative production, from concept development to final delivery, ensuring consistency across experiential, film, and digital outputs.
- Develop and visualize creative concepts using AI tools for visual concepting, storyboarding, look development, and rapid ideation, including pitch support materials.
- Translate creative ideas into actionable production plans, aligning creative ambition with technical feasibility and execution pipelines.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teamsincluding visual artists, motion designers, developers, and technical teamswhile guiding AI-augmented creative workflows.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in creative production (experiential, film, digital)
- Must have experience bridging creative, technical, and operational teams
- Strong visual sensibility, storytelling ability and highly organized with strong leadership skills
