We're looking for a Creative Retoucher with a strong eye for detail and advanced compositing skills to join our team. The ideal candidate has solid experience in advertising and commercial visual production, and is comfortable working in fast-paced, high-end environments.
Responsibilities
- Retouch and composite key visuals, product shots, lifestyle images, and campaign assets to a high commercial standard
- Follow established workflows while also contributing new ideas and efficient solutions
- Handle color grading, cleanup, refining details, and preparing final delivery files
Requirements
- Strong expertise in retouching and compositing (skin, products, environmental, and multi-layer composites)
- Proven experience in advertising, commercial campaigns, or agency work
- Excellent command of Photoshop and related tools
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team player and adapt to evolving workflows
- Open to learning new techniques and experimenting with emerging technologies
- Experience using AI tools and 3D pipelines is a strong plus
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and a commitment to high-quality output
Nice to Have
- Basic understanding of CGI/3D rendering workflows
- Familiarity with Capture One or similar tools
