This is a full-time remote role for a Founder at Design 4 Decor. The Founder will lead the overall strategy, vision, and operational execution of the company. Responsibilities include managing and growing the business, leading teams, developing business partnerships, overseeing design projects, and driving innovation to meet market demands. The Founder will also be responsible for managing resources, fostering a strong organizational culture, and ensuring the financial success of the company.

• Proficiency in technological tools and platforms relevant to project management and design
