This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to passionate readers, writers, and literary enthusiasts of all backgrounds. No publishing credits required — just a sharp eye for quality writing and the ability to articulate what makes storytelling work.

What You'll Do
- Read and evaluate AI-generated creative writing across a range of genres — fiction, poetry, essays, personal narratives, and more
- Assess writing for quality, originality, style, tone, coherence, and reader engagement
- Identify weaknesses such as clichés, flat characters, unnatural phrasing, or logical inconsistencies
- Provide clear, constructive written feedback using structured evaluation tools
- Compare multiple AI outputs and make informed quality judgments
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- A genuine lover of reading and writing with a strong sense of what makes creative work compelling
- Able to evaluate writing quality critically and communicate your reasoning clearly
- Strong command of English language, grammar, and style
- Comfortable working through large volumes of text with consistent attention to detail
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
- No prior AI experience or published writing credits required
Nice to Have
- Background in creative writing, literature, English, journalism, or communications
- Experience with editing, proofreading, or literary critique
- Familiarity with multiple genres or writing styles
- Prior experience with content evaluation or quality assurance
