Job Summary

The role supports Relationship Managers in managing corporate client portfolios through credit analysis, account planning, and ongoing client reviews. The position plays a key role in ensuring efficient execution of transactions, accurate financial analysis, and coordinated service delivery across internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Relationship Managers in preparing and completing credit memos, including drafting the main body and performing financial analysis.
  • Collect, analyze, and validate financial data, coordinating with relevant departments as required.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of client account plans in collaboration with product factories.
  • Conduct ad-hoc financial and profitability analysis for portfolio monitoring and management requests.
  • Support the launch and completion of annual client reviews, identifying potential areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with credit support services, operations, and other internal teams to ensure timely execution of transactions and administrative activities.
  • Manage administrative processes such as account opening and closing, amendments, transfers, KYC documentation, and regular payment coordination.
  • Participate in selected client interactions under the guidance of Relationship Managers.
  • Continuously develop technical knowledge and skills to support career growth within the corporate banking division.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a relevant field.
  • 0 to 4 years of relevant experience in corporate banking, credit analysis, or a related financial services role.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to understand and respond to specific client needs.
  • Effective communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Knowledge of business and corporate banking products, including lending, cash management, FX, treasury, and investment banking.
  • Understanding of credit risk policies and facility structuring.
  • Ability to perform financial analysis and interpret financial statements.
  • General understanding of economic, political, and business environments within the region.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work efficiently with internal banking systems and financial analysis tools.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken in English.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple internal departments.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the corporate banking division.
  • Credit-related certification is preferred.
