Credit Analyst Private Credit

Tammwil is seeking a Credit Analyst to assess corporate, asset-backed and real estate financing opportunities across the UAE and GCC.

The successful candidate will evaluate businesses seeking working capital, private credit, refinancing, structured debt and development finance.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse audited financial statements, management accounts and bank statements

• Assess revenue quality, cash flow, leverage and debt-servicing capacity

• Review contracts, receivables, collateral and proposed repayment sources

• Identify key credit strengths, risks and information gaps

• Prepare credit assessments, financial summaries and lender presentations

• Support the structuring of financing requirements

• Coordinate financial due diligence and information requests

• Monitor active mandates and maintain transaction records

We are looking for someone with:

• Experience in credit analysis, commercial banking, corporate finance, audit, accounting or private credit

• Strong financial-statement and cash-flow analysis skills

• A practical understanding of lending and credit risk

• Strong Excel, writing and presentation capabilities

• Good commercial judgement and attention to detail

• A degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related discipline

Experience assessing UAE SMEs, corporate borrowers, developers or asset-backed transactions would be advantageous.
