Credit Control Manager

Responsible for managing and overseeing the company's credit control activities to ensure timely collection of receivables and minimize credit risk. The role includes setting credit policies, monitoring customer accounts, approving credit limits, and coordinating with sales and finance teams. The Credit Control Manager will also lead the credit control team, handle escalated collections issues, and prepare regular aging and risk reports for management.

Specializations / Education:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• Professional certifications are a plus (e.g., CPA, CMA, ACCA).

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in credit control or accounts receivable.
• Strong knowledge of credit policies, collections, and risk management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven team leadership skills.
