Our FinTech client is looking to hire a Saudi National Credit & Risk Manager to support and strengthen its enterprise risk practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing credit risk activities, maintaining effective governance processes, and ensuring that internal risk frameworks align with regulatory expectations and strategic priorities.
Key Duties
- Manage processes for identifying, evaluating, and monitoring credit-related and operational risks across business units.
- Design and maintain policies, procedures, and controls that support effective credit risk management.
- Prepare and coordinate periodic regulatory submissions and ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations.
- Assess the organization's risk tolerance levels and support alignment with overall business strategy.
- Track risk exposure metrics and communicate findings, trends, and recommendations to leadership.
- Work with internal teams to strengthen awareness of risk management principles and best practices.
- Support the execution and follow-up of mitigation plans addressing identified risk areas.
- Keep informed of regulatory updates and evolving risk management standards within the financial sector.
Candidate Profile
- Approximately 45 years of professional experience in credit risk or enterprise risk functions, preferably within financial services.
- Familiarity with regulatory reporting processes and compliance frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience reviewing risk controls, drafting policies, and conducting risk analysis.
- Understanding of risk appetite frameworks and their application within business strategy.
- Knowledge of risk lifecycle activities including identification, measurement, monitoring, and reporting.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
