Position Summary

As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding service and ensuring customers enjoy the Cinnabon experience. You will be responsible for preparing and serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, and providing a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service at all times.
• Prepare, assemble, and serve Cinnabon menu items according to brand standards.
• Operate POS system accurately, handle cash/card transactions, and process orders.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen as per hygiene standards.
• Support in receiving, storing, and rotating stock (FIFO).
• Follow food safety, health, and sanitation guidelines consistently.
• Assist team members and contribute to smooth daily operations.
• Uphold brand image through teamwork, professionalism, and customer care.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous 2 year of F&B experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused personality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene is an advantage.
