Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a CRM Agent based in Al Jizah, Egypt. The CRM Agent will be responsible for providing customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role includes maintaining positive customer relations, managing communication with clients, and enhancing the overall customer experience. The selected candidate will work directly with the team to support customer service initiatives and uphold the company's commitment to exceptional service quality.

Qualifications

• Proven abilities in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience management
• Strong skills in Customer Support and Customer Service practices
• Excellent verbal and written Communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage
• Ability to handle client concerns effectively and professionally
• High level of organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
• Prior experience in travel, tourism, or a customer-facing role is preferred
• Proficiency in CRM tools or related software is a plus
