Job Description

Job Purpose

As CRM & Analytics Manager, you will lead the CRM strategy through Data and Analysis in line with the brand and trading objectives that converts data into high-impact business opportunities. You will be the bridge between insights and commercial action, driving revenue growth, margin improvement, and customer lifetime value across online and offline channels in the GCC fashion & footwear market.

Key Responsibilities

Own the CRM and analytics roadmap for five core domains:

1) Customer demographics & segmentation (purchase behavior, cohort analysis, CLV, churn prediction)

2) Data and profiling (strategy, collection, enrichment)

3) Campaign & promotion effectiveness (attribution modeling, incrementality testing, ROI optimization)

4) Inventory & stock optimization (Product, category and sell through trends)

5) Transactional & omnichannel performance (basket analysis, channel shift, price elasticity, cannibalization)

Translate insights into clear, actionable business opportunities and present them directly to Directors, Heads and Business unit managers.

Partner with Marketing, Merchandising, E-commerce, Supply Chain, and Store Operations to embed analytics into decision-making.

Design and enforce best-in-class CRM and marketing automation strategies using modern platforms (Webengage, Infobip, PowerBi, Shopify, GA/Looker etc.).

Oversee the development of CRM dashboards, automated reporting, and predictive models.

Drive advanced analytics initiatives: customer lifetime value modeling, propensity modeling, market basket analysis, inventory optimization algorithms, and personalized recommendation engines.

Work closely with Cyber security teams to ensure full compliance with local data privacy regulations and champion data governance.

Continuously scout and implement new tools, technologies, and methodologies to keep the CRM & Analytics function ahead in the GCC Retail & Digital space.

Requirements

3+ years of progressive experience in CRM & Analytics with a focus on consumer behavior.

Proven track record in retail / fashion / footwear / luxury / e-commerce in the GCC or similar high-growth markets.

Strong commercial acumen: you must demonstrate past examples where your insights directly drove financial impact.

Experience managing omnichannel datasets (Store, e-commerce and hybrid customers).

Excellent stakeholder management and storytelling skills; comfortable influencing business and Marketing decisions.

Preferred (not mandatory)

- Experience with machine learning use-cases in retail.

- Arabic language proficiency.

- Prior work in KUW, KSA or UAE retail market.
