Job Summary

You will own the CRM & Performance function so you need to be a self-starter, who is keen to develop their career in using CRM best approaches to simplify and streamline processes.

Key Responsibilities
The key duties and responsibilities of the CRM and Digital Marketing Specialist include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and execute CRM strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and growth by nurturing our leads through the funnel
- Manage and maintain the CRM, ensuring that customer data is always up-to-date and integrations across all relevant business platforms
- Work closely with creative, marketing, product, and web teams to ensure campaign alignment and tracking is optimized
- Develop and implement workflows and automations for various activities across the business
- Oversee Google Ads and Meta Ads activity, ensuring campaigns are aligned with CRM audience segments and lifecycle data
- Use CRM-derived lists to inform paid targeting and retargeting strategies
- Monitor campaign performance, identify gaps, and provide clear recommendations to leadership
- Create, build, test, execute and analyze the lifecycle stages for reporting and nurturing campaigns
- Understand lead scoring and how we can use intent to enhance our nurture programmes
- Monitor campaign performance and KPIs, deliver actionable insights and recommendations to marketing team
- Stay up to date with the latest tech, automation strategies, digital marketing best practices, ensuring our CRM efforts remain cutting-edge
Required Skills & Qualifications
- A proactive problem-solving approach
- 3+ years of experience managing CRM programs and data-driven strategies
- Experience with CRM or/and marketing automation tools such as Hubspot, Salesforce,
- Experience with integration tools such as Make.com or Zapier (build, manage, and troubleshoot complex automations)
- Working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign structure, audience targeting, conversion tracking, and attribution logic
- Ability to analyse paid performance data and translate it into actionable insights
- Experience in API creation and management, including the ability to write, test, and document APIs.
- Analytical skills and ability to drive meaningful and actionable insights
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Bonus is an understanding of basic HTML & CSS and Account Based Marketing
- Experience with Magento, Shopify or Drupal is bonus
