CRM Application Senior Specialist

Professional Experience Required:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, technology, or related field.

3+ year work experience as a Salesforce Developer & administrator.

Implementation experience with Sales Cloud, CPQ and Marketing Cloud.

Technical Skills Required:

Apex Classes, Triggers, Test Classes.

Must have Salesforce Certifications.

Significant experience in CPQ is required.

Implementation experience with Sales Cloud, CPQ and Marketing Cloud.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Configuring, maintaining, and optimizing Salesforce platform.

Manage user access, security settings, and data integrity while providing training and support to ensure effective utilization of Salesforce across the organization.

Design Salesforce Reporting and Dashboards

Customize and configure Salesforce to meet business needs.

Handle all basic administrative functions including creating custom objects, fields, flow builder, validation rules, approval processes, user maintenance, modification of page layouts, and other routine tasks.

Rollout Sales Cloud, CPQ and Marketing Cloud in all Elsewedy subsidiaries.
