Role Overview
We are initiating a CRM Transformation program and are seeking experienced CRM Business Analysts to join our team. The role involves working closely with business and technology teams to drive requirements, ensure alignment with banking processes, and support delivery in an agile environment.
Key Requirements
- Strong CRM expertise (Salesforce preferred) must
- Banking industry experience (Retail, Corporate, or Private Banking mix & match acceptable) preferred
- Hands-on Agile methodology knowledge must
- Exposure to AI/automation in CRM preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Quick availability / immediate joiners preferred
