CRM Developer

Position: CRM Developer
Contract: Full-time 1 year contract
Location: Riyadh (Candidates based in KSA will only be considered)

We are hiring for a major football event in KSA.

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Specialist / CRM Developer to manage, customize, and support D365 CRM applications across the organization. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth system operation, optimize business processes, and deliver seamless user experiences within the Dynamics 365 environment.

Key Responsibilities

Implement, configure, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules

Customize forms, workflows, dashboards, and reports

Manage system integrations with third-party applications

Provide user training and technical support

Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution

Develop and maintain system documentation

Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance

Coordinate with vendors and Microsoft partners for upgrades and patches

Participate in digital transformation and CRM optimization projects

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

3-6 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365

Hands-on experience with D365 CRM (Finance & Operations experience is a plus)

Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of D365 CRM modules

Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)

Understanding of C#/.NET for CRM customizations

SQL knowledge and data migration experience

Experience with integrations (APIs, Azure services)
