Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze customer business requirements and processes.
- Conduct discovery sessions and workshops with stakeholders.
- Design and recommend solutions using Zoho applications.
- Configure, customize, and implement Zoho products based on customer needs.
- Develop custom functionality, automations, workflows, and integrations.
- Build solutions using Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow, and Deluge.
- Integrate Zoho applications with third-party systems and APIs.
- Perform data migration, testing, and deployment activities.
- Train customers and provide post-implementation support.
- Document requirements, solution designs, and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and additional automation.
- Understanding of systems best practices, sales processes, customer lifecycle management, and business process automation.
- Experience with system integrations, APIs, and data migration projects.
- Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms and workflow automation tools.
