Job Summary
ShareSquare is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive CRM Executive to manage, maintain, and optimize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. The role focuses on ensuring accurate data, supporting sales performance, and improving customer engagement through effective CRM usage.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end sales funnel integrity, from lead intake to funded investor
- Manage the client on CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
- Upload, update, and track leads, clients, and transactions
- Assign leads to sales teams and monitor follow-ups and conversion status
- Develop promotion messages, system automation, and CRM tools to optimize conversion and client's retention
- Generate CRM reports and dashboards for management (leads, sales performance, pipelines)
- Support sales and marketing teams with CRM-related tasks and data insights
- Ensure proper CRM usage and compliance by all users
- Coordinate with IT or CRM vendors for system improvements and troubleshooting
- Maintain client records, communications, and documentation within the CRM
- Monitor conversion rates, aging, and drop-offs across all funnel stages
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend CRM, process, or automation improvements to improve conversion and funding timelines
- Track RM performance, follow-up discipline, and SLA compliance within the CRM
- Ensure investor journeys, communications, and disclosures are properly logged to support compliance and audit requirements
- Collaborate with management to define CRM KPIs tied to revenue, funding days, and client retention
- Maintain CRM data readiness for regulatory reviews, audits, and management reporting
- Support segmentation of investors by behavior, ticket size, and lifecycle stage
Requirements & Qualifications
- 13 years of experience in CRM administration or sales operations
- Experience using ActiveCampaignCRM
- Experience using CRM platforms
- Strong attention to detail and data management skills
- Experience working with sales funnels, conversion metrics, and performance reporting
- Comfort working with sales teams and enforcing CRM discipline
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
Preferred Skills
- Experience in real estate, fintech, or investment companies
- Knowledge of lead management and sales pipelines
- Basic understanding of CRM automation and reporting
- English fluency (Arabic is an advantage)
