What the Roleâs about:
- This role will design, customize, and implement Microsoft dynamics CRM projects delivering high quality applications that contribute to the business users work efficiency.
- Act as a technical expert on CRM projects across Taly including developing, customizations, integrations, â¦.etc.
- Proactively identify gaps in the existing CRM applications and work with the team on enhancing and resolving where needed.
- Gather and document business requirements from business users.
- Create the design document of the application.
- Collaborate with software development across the complete project life cycle from gathering project requirements, development, testing, and until deployment.
- Test the final deliverables from a business perspective to ensure meeting the original requirements.
- Â Analyze and evaluate the assigned projects progress, ensure meeting the timeline, quality, and cost.
- Â Resolve issues affecting the scope, quality, cost, or timeline of CRM projects.
- Conduct gap analysis between business requirements and standard CRM modules to identify optimizations.
To apply, you need to have:
- Bachelorâs degree in computer science/engineering or relevant OR proven experience in software development field.
- 5 to 7 years of experience as a CRM Consultant (Microsoft Dynamics)
- CRM certificate is preferred.
- Financial services/fintech/e-payments background is preferred
