* Design and launch lifecycle and loyalty journeys to boost retention, engagement, and reward program performance.

* Leverage CRM tools and first-party data to create personalised, multichannel campaigns.

* Collaborate with digital, eComm, and product teams to align CRM with business goals.

* Monitor and optimise campaign performance through data insights and A/B testing.

* Confident working across cross-functional teams with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive results in a matrixed organisation.
