CRM Sales & Account Manager

Job Summary

The CRM Sales & Account Manager is responsible for selling CRM solutions to new clients while managing and growing existing customer accounts. The role combines business development, consultative sales, and account management, ensuring long-term client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Business Development
  • Identify and qualify new leads interested in CRM solutions.
  • Present, demonstrate, and sell CRM systems tailored to client business needs.
  • Prepare proposals, pricing plans, and contracts.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Work closely with marketing and lead generation teams.

Account Management

  • Manage assigned client accounts post-sale to ensure successful onboarding and adoption.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding CRM usage and performance.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional CRM features, licenses, or services.
  • Handle client feedback, issues, and renewal negotiations.

CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, deals, and accounts within the CRM system.
  • Track pipeline performance and client activity.
  • Prepare regular sales and account performance reports.

Coordination & Support

  • Coordinate with technical, support, and implementation teams to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Assist clients in understanding CRM best practices and business value.
  • Support affiliate or referral partners (if applicable).

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in CRM Sales, Account Management, or SaaS Sales.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales pipelines.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer-focused mindset.
  • Experience working with targets and KPI
  • Experience selling CRM or software solutions.
  • Background in Marketing, Real Estate, or B2B Sales.
  • Knowledge of affiliate marketing or partner sales models
