CRM Administration & Expertise: Serve as the Key hands-on Administrator of our CRM platform. Proven experience with major CRM systems, especially those relevant to the pharmaceutical industry, is a must.
Data Integrity & Management: Ensure the highest level of data cleanliness, accuracy, and consistency. This includes managing duplicate records, ensuring proper data segmentation, and applying a strong understanding of data governance principles.
Reporting & Analytics: Utilize your expertise to build customized reports, dashboards, and analytical views to track crucial Sales and Marketing KPIs (e.g., field activity, call rates, territory performance).
System Configuration & Maintenance: Manage user setup, security profiles, workflows, validation rules, and custom objects to keep the CRM aligned with business needs.
Technical Troubleshooting: Possess the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues, identify root causes efficiently, and implement long-term, scalable solutions.
Support & Training: Provide excellent first-line support and training to the field sales team on CRM functionality, best practices, and mobile usage.
Compliance & SOP Adherence: Ensure all CRM activities and configurations strictly adhere to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and industry regulations.
Requirements
2 years of proven experience in CRM administration/specialist role.
Exceptional proficiency with a major CRM platform (Pharmvee CRM, Pulpo CRM, Nile CRM, Liverep). Experience in Pharma/Life Sciences is a significant advantage.
Strong analytical skills and experience translating business needs into technical CRM requirements.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear training and support to non-technical users.
