HEAVEN. Properties is a fast-growing international real estate brokerage with operations in Dubai and expansion plans across Europe, Asia, and the U.S. We are building a performance-driven, systemized brokerage designed to outperform traditional agencies through structured processes, automation, and intelligent CRM architecture.

To support our next phase of growth, we are hiring a CRM & Systems Lead to take ownership of our CRM ecosystem, automation workflows, and performance reporting systems.

Role Overview

This is a high-impact role responsible for designing, optimizing, and scaling our CRM infrastructure, with a strong focus on GoHighLevel and GoYzer. You will bridge business strategy with technical execution, ensuring lead management, agent performance tracking, reporting dashboards, and automation workflows are structured, scalable, and revenue-focused.

This role reports directly to leadership and plays a key role in shaping how the brokerage operates as it grows.

Key Responsibilities

CRM Ownership & Architecture

  • Lead the customization and optimization of GoHighLevel and GoYzer.
  • Build structured pipelines for off-plan, secondary, and international leads.
  • Design tagging systems, deal stages, and automation triggers.
  • Optimize lead routing and agent assignment.
  • Maintain CRM data integrity and governance standards.

Automation & Workflow Development

  • Build automation flows for lead nurturing, follow-ups, WhatsApp integration, email marketing, and event or roadshow campaigns.
  • Improve response efficiency through automated tasks and reminders.
  • Reduce manual workload through intelligent workflow automation.

Performance & Reporting Systems

  • Develop KPI dashboards for agent performance, conversion ratios, lead sources, and commission tracking.
  • Create structured reporting systems for leadership visibility.
  • Build leaderboards and performance incentive dashboards.

Integration & Technical Oversight

  • Manage CRM integrations with property portals, marketing platforms, communication tools, and internal reporting systems.
  • Handle API integrations and troubleshoot data flow issues.
  • Coordinate with external developers when required and ensure systems scale with company growth.

Required Experience

  • 35+ years of CRM experience within a real estate brokerage environment.
  • Hands-on expertise with GoHighLevel (mandatory) and GoYzer (highly preferred).
  • Strong understanding of CRM automation workflows, API integrations, data structures, and reporting logic.
  • Experience building scalable systems for sales teams and managing the real estate lead lifecycle.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused brokerage.

What Success Looks Like

Within the first 90 days, you will optimize CRM pipelines and automation workflows, improve lead response efficiency, implement clear KPI dashboards for leadership, reduce manual administrative workload, and strengthen reporting transparency across the brokerage.
