To support our next phase of growth, we are hiring a CRM & Systems Lead to take ownership of our CRM ecosystem, automation workflows, and performance reporting systems.
Role Overview
This is a high-impact role responsible for designing, optimizing, and scaling our CRM infrastructure, with a strong focus on GoHighLevel and GoYzer. You will bridge business strategy with technical execution, ensuring lead management, agent performance tracking, reporting dashboards, and automation workflows are structured, scalable, and revenue-focused.
This role reports directly to leadership and plays a key role in shaping how the brokerage operates as it grows.

Within the first 90 days, you will optimize CRM pipelines and automation workflows, improve lead response efficiency, implement clear KPI dashboards for leadership, reduce manual administrative workload, and strengthen reporting transparency across the brokerage.
