Job Description

Job summary

We are seeking a versatile CRM expert to lead the design and implementation of business applications using the Creatio platform. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who understands when to leverage Out-of-the-Box (OOB) functionality and when to build custom solutions from scratch.

While experience in Creatio is a plus, we are actively looking for experts in Microsoft Dynamics 365 who are eager to transition their skills into the Creatio ecosystem. You will combine no-code/low-code speed with high-code .NET customizations to deliver enterprise-grade CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Architectural Decision Making

  • Analyze business requirements to determine the most efficient path.
  • Decide between configuring OOB modules (Sales, Service, Marketing), extending them via low-code, or building entirely new sections/apps from scratch.

2. Low-Code / No-Code Implementation

  • Utilize Creatio's visual designers to build data models, UI pages, and complex business processes (BPMN) without writing code.

3. High-Code Customizations

  • Develop advanced server-side logic, integrations, and complex UI components using C# (.NET) and JavaScript when platform limits are reached.

4. Best Practice Governance

  • Ensure the solution architecture is scalable and maintainable.
  • Follow CRM best practices by minimizing technical debt and prioritizing configuration over customization.

5. Integration

  • Design and implement REST/SOAP integrations between the CRM and third-party systems.

6. Migration & Learning

  • For Dynamics experts: Rapidly translate Microsoft Power Platform/Dynamics knowledge into the Creatio framework (training and certification path provided).

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience

  • 5+ years in CRM implementation (Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM, Salesforce, or Creatio).

Technical Proficiency

  • Strong command of C# and .NET (plugins, web services, and logic).
  • Strong JavaScript skills.

Platform Knowledge

  • Deep understanding of CRM core objects (Accounts, Leads, Cases).
