Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced CRM Technology Delivery Manager with expert‑level knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of CRM solutions. The role requires a strong techno‑functional profile, combining deep technical expertise with the ability to manage stakeholders, drive delivery excellence, and lead cross‑functional teams.

The ideal candidate will also have proven hands‑on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, and a strong background in managing CRM implementations and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions in a techno‑functional capacity
  • Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Manage end‑to‑end CRM delivery lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live support
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance on Microsoft Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
  • Oversee and mentor a techno‑functional team, ensuring quality delivery and adherence to best practices
  • Ensure CRM solutions align with business objectives, security standards, and performance requirements
  • Manage delivery timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations
  • Drive continuous improvement and optimization of CRM and Power Platform solutions

Required Skills & Experience

  • Expert‑level experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Strong hands‑on expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
  • Proven experience leading and managing techno‑functional teams
  • Strong understanding of CRM architecture, integrations, and data management
  • Experience working closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform are highly preferred

Language Requirement

  • Arabic‑speaking (mandatory)
