- Partner closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and developers to implement conversion-focused improvements
- Manage the online journey funnel, overseeing all key conversion points
- Develop the analytical data layer of the app and website, working with the product team to verify that events are firing and being counted appropriately
- Evaluate A/B testing tools and set up continuous A/B tests to manage and assess different variants of the digital funnel
- Recommend tools and technologies to ensure proper tracking, analysis, and improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For:
- 3–5 years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), Digital Analytics, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Hotjar, Optimizely, VWO, or similar CRO and analytics platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Solid understanding of customer behavior, user experience (UX), and conversion psychology.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product, UX/UI, and Engineering.
Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience within Grocery E-Commerce or other high-growth consumer digital businesses such as Amazon, Noon, Talabat, Careem, Deliveroo, InstaShop, or elGrocer is highly preferred.
- Experience developing analytics data layers and validating event tracking across web and mobile applications.
- Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies, multivariate testing, and statistical analysis.
