About the Role

We're looking for an Arabic-speaking e-commerce marketing specialist to lead our cross-border marketing and operations in Saudi Arabia. You'll be the key bridge between our brand and Arabic-speaking consumers — driving user growth, content marketing, and platform operations strategies that directly impact sales conversion and brand awareness.

Join a mature cross-border e-commerce team and bring localized marketing insights to the Arabic market.

What You'll Do

Lead Arabic Content Marketing — Plan and execute social media content, ad copy, and marketing materials for Arabic-speaking users, ensuring brand messaging resonates with local cultural context

Manage E-commerce Platform Operations — Handle day-to-day store operations, listing optimization, and promotional campaign planning on Amazon, Noon, and other major Arabic e-commerce platforms

Develop Localized Marketing Strategies — Design differentiated marketing campaigns based on deep understanding of Middle Eastern consumer behavior and drive execution

Monitor & Optimize Campaign Performance — Track and analyze ad performance data (CPC, ACOS, conversion rates, etc.), continuously optimize ROI, and deliver performance reports

Coordinate Cross-functional Resources — Collaborate with supply chain, customer service, and design teams to ensure efficient campaign execution and consistent user experience

Market & Competitive Intelligence — Monitor competitor activities and industry trends; deliver actionable insights and opportunity analysis for the Arabic market

New Product Launch — Participate in Arabic market new product launch planning, developing full-cycle marketing strategies from pre-launch to peak sales periods.

What We're Looking For

Required:

Language: Fluent in Arabic with strong English communication skills; Chinese proficiency is a plus

Experience: 2–3 years in cross-border e-commerce, retail, or digital marketing; MENA market hands-on experience preferred

Platform Proficiency: Familiar with Amazon, Noon, and other mainstream Arabic e-commerce platform rules and marketing tools

Marketing Skills: Deep understanding of Arabic social media ecosystem (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.) and user acquisition strategies

Data-Driven: Basic data analysis skills — able to interpret marketing metrics and drive decision optimization

Preferred:

• Experience in consumer electronics, 3C digital, or smart home categories

• Familiarity with Arabic SEO/ASO optimization and local search engine ecosystem
