These meetings (in-person or virtually) are specifically designed and customized for each international relocation. We accomplish this by administering a detailed Needs Analysis followed by a phone interview between the client and the program facilitator. Job Information:
- Cultural Trainerto present content in a virtual setting
- Presentation of1 day (8 hours) or half a day (4 hours)
- Required languages: Arabic and English
- Ability to create content for the event
- Topics: Adjusting to life in Saudi Arabia; managing culture shock; cultural roots and values of Saudi Arabia; working and socializing with target culture country nationals; daily life in the destination country and city, etc
Responsibilities:
- Delivering tailored, dynamic, effective, and engaging sessions that prepareattendees for the cultural adjustment curve
- Delivering personalized programs that address business, social, and the skills needed to achieve cultural competence
- Communicating in an efficient, effective, and professional manner
Qualifications:
- Native or near-native written and spoken proficiency in Arabic
- Proficiency in English enough to work with English-speaking team
- Previous experience in providing Cultural Training
- Trainers have either a degree or have attended classes and/or seminars in Intercultural Studies or related fields
- Home and Host Country experience is preferred but not required
- Good communication and presentation skills
