As we continue expanding our digital asset strategies, we are seeking a highly analytical and driven Crypto Fund Analyst to support the development, execution, and optimization of our cryptocurrency investment portfolio. This is a fully remote position based in Dubai, offering the opportunity to work at the forefront of digital asset investing within a dynamic and performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research and fundamental analysis on cryptocurrencies, tokens, Layer 1/Layer 2 protocols, DeFi ecosystems, and emerging blockchain projects.
- Develop financial models, valuation frameworks, and tokenomics assessments to support investment decisions.
- Monitor portfolio performance, risk exposure, volatility metrics, and liquidity conditions.
- Track global macro trends, crypto market cycles, regulatory developments, and on-chain data.
- Prepare detailed investment memos and present actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Support portfolio allocation decisions, rebalancing strategies, and yield optimization initiatives.
- Maintain dashboards and analytical tools to enhance data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in crypto investing, digital asset research, hedge funds, or asset management.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology, tokenomics, DeFi protocols, staking, liquidity pools, and risk management principles.
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
- Experience interpreting on-chain analytics and market data platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working in a fully remote environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred).
