Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Specialist - English to work on-site in our New Cairo office. The role involves handling customer inquiries and concerns via different communication channels, delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring customer satisfaction. The specialist will resolve issues efficiently, maintain a professional demeanor, and adhere to company policies and standards during interactions.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Experience
  • Proficiency in effective communication and maintaining professional Phone Etiquette
  • Highly skilled in problem-solving, active listening, and conflict resolution
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and meet performance-defined goals
  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in customer service roles is an advantage
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
