We're Hiring for Our Client: Assistant CSR Manager
Overview:
We are partnering with a leading organization in the UAE to appoint an Assistant CSR Manager. This role will support the development, execution, and evaluation of the company's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy, ensuring alignment with both corporate objectives and UAE national priorities. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering impactful social sustainability and community engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the design, planning, and implementation of CSR and sustainability strategies
- Assist in delivering community engagement and social impact programs across the UAE
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners (government entities, NGOs, and community organizations)
- Ensure CSR initiatives align with corporate goals and UAE national agendas
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness and impact of CSR initiatives
- Track budgets, timelines, and deliverables for CSR projects
- Support the development of partnerships and sponsorship opportunities
- Contribute to CSR communications, campaigns, and internal awareness initiatives
- Stay updated on CSR trends, regulations, and best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field
- 25 years of experience in CSR, sustainability, ESG, or community-focused roles
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and report impact
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with reporting tools is a plus
