Job Summary:

The Culinary Admin will support the operational and administrative aspects of the Meal on Me program, ensuring smooth coordination of meal preparation, distribution, and record management. This role involves liaising with culinary teams, managing schedules, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

oCoordinate schedules for meal preparation and distribution.

oMaintain accurate records of meal counts, inventory, and supplies.

oManage documentation related to food safety, health regulations, and program compliance.

oAssist in planning menus in collaboration with culinary staff.

Operational Coordination:

oLiaise with kitchen staff, volunteers, and partners to ensure timely meal service.

oMonitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients and supplies.

oEnsure proper storage and handling of food items.

Quality & Compliance:

oEnsure all meals meet health and safety standards.

oSupport training and adherence to food safety protocols among staff and volunteers.

Other Duties:

oSupport special events or initiatives related to the Meal on Me program.

oAssist with reporting and documentation for program evaluation.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in administrative support or culinary operations.

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Passion for community service and supporting meal programs.

Preferred:

Experience in Food Industry.

Basic culinary knowledge or background.
