Cultural Content Reviewer (AI Training)

AI systems are only as culturally aware as the humans who shape them — and that's where you come in. We're looking for Cultural Content Reviewers from around the world to help ensure AI-generated content is appropriate, respectful, and genuinely relevant for diverse global audiences.
You don't need a degree in cultural studies. You need something more valuable: deep, lived knowledge of your culture, community, and region. If you can spot what an outsider would miss, this role was made for you.

What You'll Do
- Review AI-generated content — including text, images, and recommendations — for cultural accuracy and sensitivity
- Identify material that is culturally inappropriate, outdated, offensive, or simply off-key for your region
- Provide regional context and suggest culturally relevant alternatives
- Evaluate whether translations and localizations feel natural and authentic to a local audience
- Submit clear, structured feedback using provided evaluation tools
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Deep, firsthand familiarity with the culture, customs, values, and norms of your region
- A sharp eye for cultural nuance that outsiders are likely to miss
- Strong written communication skills — you can articulate your reasoning clearly
- Thoughtful and open-minded in your approach to evaluation
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
- No academic background in cultural studies required — your lived experience is your credential
Nice to Have
- Experience in translation, localization, journalism, or content moderation
- Familiarity with AI tools or content evaluation workflows
- Multilingual ability or knowledge of regional dialects and sub-cultures
