Culture and Engagement Trainee - Tamheer Program

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Culture and Engagement Trainee to join our HR team through the Tamheer Program.

This role offers hands-on experience in supporting employee engagement, workplace culture, and employee experience initiatives while contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.

The trainee will support various activities, including:

 

1.    Learn culture and employee engagement programs aligned with SPPC's strategy to enhance satisfaction, motivation, and overall performance

2.    Assist functional heads to identify cultural performance gaps and implement targeted communication and socialization initiatives to address these issues

3.    Learn progress reports and performance analyses, understand areas for improvement and actionable solutions

Learn culture of positivity, equality, and inclusivity through change management strategies and initiatives to retain diverse talent and improve employee retention and experience

The trainee will work closely with the HR team to support initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, enhance the employee experience, and foster a positive workplace culture.
