Job Title: Culture & Engagement Specialist (Temp - 1 Year Contract)
Job Location: Abu Dhabi
Responsibility:
- Design and deliver employee engagement activations that connect and inspire people across the organisation.
- Develop and execute initiatives that foster a sense of belonging and reflect the company's culture and values.
- Plan and manage end-to-end delivery of internal events, from concept through to execution.
- Oversee all logistical elements to ensure events are delivered to a consistently high standard.
- Manage and nurture relationships with external suppliers and local business partners.
- Champion the employee experience and act as an ambassador for the organisation's culture.
- Identify opportunities to celebrate people, recognise achievements, and create meaningful moments at work.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously with a high level of organisation and attention to detail.
- Maintain budgets, timelines, and project plans to ensure smooth and efficient delivery.
- Raise and process invoices in a timely manner, maintaining clear and organised financial records.
- Track, analyse, and report on key engagement metrics, providing regular updates and insights to senior leadership.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Experience working within large organisations is preferred.
- Experience in event management.
- Strong capability in data reporting and presentations.
- Ability to take ownership of specific initiatives.
- Strong support on department administrative tasks.
