Duties And Responsibilities
- Handling payments for custom clearance and freight forwarding
- Record custom clearance and freight forwarding payments and ensure they are properly supported by approvals and necessary documents
- Reconcile the custom clearance and freight forwarding expenses for each JOB and ensure they timey closed
- Responsible for reconciliation of the refundable amount from the customers
- Ensure customer invoices are duly supported by necessary documents before dispatched to the customer
- Respond to customer queries regarding differences in SOA
- Periodic reconciliation of the custom clearance bank account
- Finance department General Vouchers and posting activities including housekeeping
Education And Qualification
Diploma/bachelor's in accounting, business administration, commerce or similar fields
Professional Experience
2 to 3 years in accounting department in accountant role.
