Conduct full-bag and category-specific fittings (driver, fairway, hybrid, iron, wedge, putter) using GCQuad and/or TrackMan launch monitor systems.
Capture and interpret key performance data including ball speed, club speed, launch angle, spin rates, peak height, carry, total distance, dispersion, and gapping.
Test multiple head and shaft combinations and recommend optimal solutions aligned to each customer's performance goals, playing frequency, and budget.
Deliver comprehensive fitting reports: technical and precise for advanced golfers; clear, reassuring, and jargon-free for beginners.
Maintain expert-level knowledge across all major OEM fitting systems and club-building philosophies: Titleist, TaylorMade, Callaway, Ping, Cobra.
Stay current with new product launches, shaft technology developments, and fitting methodology advances.
Convert fitting sessions into equipment purchases at a minimum target rate of 70%; report conversion performance to the Sales & Operations Manager.
Cross-sell complementary products within the fitting context: balls, grips, accessories, golf bags, and BEDOWIN nutrition products.
Manage the fitting appointment pipeline proactively; maintain a full and optimised booking calendar.
Contribute technical credibility to the wider sales floor; support Sales Associates with customer product queries.
Develop a personal client portfolio of repeat customers through excellent outcomes, post-fitting follow-up, and relationship management.
Deliver discreet, anticipatory service to VIP/VVIP guests; maintain full confidentiality of visit, equipment specifications, and purchase history.
Liaise with the golf saudi's staff on equipment specifications and fitting requirements where required.
Conduct on-site fitting events and pop-up sessions at Golf Saudi's owned clubs: Riyadh Golf Club, Dirab Golf Club, and The Palms Golf Club.
Build relationships with club members and develop a recurring, referral-based fitting revenue stream across the club network.
Coordinate logistics for mobile fitting equipment, demo club sets, and technology transport to external venues.
Represent BEDOWIN at Golf Saudi events, tournaments, and corporate days as a fitting and equipment specialist.
Operate and maintain all fitting technology — GCQuad, TrackMan, fitting carts, swing analysis software — to the highest operational standard.
Ensure the demo club inventory is complete, current, correctly specified, properly labelled, and in excellent condition.
Maintain accurate fitting records and build sheets using the store CRM and fitting management system.
Train and support store team members on basic launch monitor operation and fitting concepts.
Qualifications:
Degree or Diploma in Golf Management, Sports Science, or related field preferred; PGA or equivalent professional golf qualification is highly preferred.
Minimum 2 years of professional club fitting experience in a premium golf retail, resort, or private club environment.
Certified by one or more leading OEM fitting programmes — Titleist, TaylorMade, Callaway, or PING (certifications verified at selection).
TrackMan certification preferred; Foresight GCQuad or Flightscope experience also accepted.
Demonstrated track record of achieving fitting-to-sale conversion targets in a commercial environment.
Strong playing background and/or experience fitting a broad skill range from beginners to competitive amateurs.
Experience in KSA or GCC golf market is a strong advantage.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage for member-facing club events.
Must hold or be capable of obtaining a valid Saudi Iqama.
Based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh, KSA; regular travel to Golf Saudi owned clubs is required.
